Pettersson to Sabres trade proposal

I played some impromptu armchair GM with a Sabres fan on Twitter yesterday and after a bit of back and forth, he offered the above package (which I agreed to) for:

Elias Pettersson Nils Höglander Erik Brännström

I think it would need to be adjusted slightly for cap reasons, but the numbers are surprisingly close for both sides.

Is it just me, or would the Canucks drive Pettersson to YVR if Buffalo offered this trade?
